Starlin Castro went 2-for-3 Saturday to raise his average to .300 exactly, and was not in Sunday's lineup, which was part of Cubs manager Mike Quade's plan.

Quade has left impression in Cubs tenure

On Sunday, interim manager Mike Quade will fill out the Cubs' lineup for the final game of the regular season. Whether he'll be back next year has yet to be determined, but the team has performed well during his tenure.

Ricketts encouraged about Cubs' prospects

Cubs chairman Tom Ricketts said on Sunday that he is disappointed by the team's performance this season, his first as owner, but he feels the Minor League system showed promise, and he is encouraged about 2011.
